At Faithful Steps LLC we believe every child has a special spark and our job is to help it shine! We offer in-home, evidence-based ABA therapy designed to support your child’s development; we also aim to work collaboratively with families to support your child’s development.

The company is based out of Arizona and is willing to service both East and West valley.
Our approach combines evidence-based ABA practices with trauma-informed, compassionate care and assent-based practices. We support children toward independence with ABA practices, while ensuring families feel supported through parent training.
Services
At our practice, we use Natural Environment Teaching (NET) to help your child learn through real-life moments. Whether it’s playing with toys, getting dressed, preparing snacks, or enjoying outdoor play, we turn everyday activities into learning opportunities. Because NET happens naturally, it keeps your child motivated while helping them build communication, social, and independence skills in a way that feels fun—not forced.
Our Parent Training program empowers families with the tools they need to support their child’s progress. We teach simple, practical strategies you can use during everyday routines, mealtime, playtime, transitions, community outings, and more. You’ll learn how to respond to challenging behaviors, build communication, and create positive interactions that strengthen your child’s growth and independence.
Our Behavior Support services provide individualized strategies to help your child manage challenging behaviors and build positive skills. Using evidence-based ABA techniques, we assess the function of behaviors and create practical, personalized plans that promote safety, communication, and independence.
We focus on teaching replacement behaviors, reinforcing positive actions, and supporting consistency across home, school, and community settings. Our goal is to empower both children and families with tools that create lasting success and a more positive daily experience.
Discrete Trial Training (DTT) is a structured ABA teaching method that breaks skills into small, clear steps. Each trial includes an instruction, the child’s response, and immediate feedback or reinforcement. DTT helps build foundational skills such as communication, attention, and following directions through repetition and positive reinforcement.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa & Laveen, AZ
Type: Part-time / Full-time
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate RBTs to provide high-quality, in-home ABA services. You will work closely with our BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans, support families, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children.
What We’re Looking For:
Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable, patient, and child-centered
Strong communication skills

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst founded Faithful Steps LLC; I have been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for 6 years, and A BCBA for over a year, specializing in early intervention. Faithful Steps was created with a clear mission to put families first; by supporting your child’s development and collaborating with families to promote consistency.
We hold core values of compassion, respect, integrity, and support.
